CR 18 Entrance Renovation

Hello neighbors!

We are going to have to delay the CR 18 entrance renovation. Right now there aren’t enough funds to commit to a spring project. We have tabled the start date until the fall for now. It might end up being completed in two phases - one side this fall and one side next spring.

The entrance renovation is a priority for sure. We will keep you up to date through the year. I’m disappointed we aren’t commencing work, but I’m also proud that the board is acting responsibly with our current funds
