Actually you are wrong. The HOA has the right to restrict parking on streets since that is reserved to the HOA in the covenants.
It’s the same covenants that don’t allow you to own goats or chickens. Even though this subdivision is in the county, you live in an HOA community.
I’m sure you signed the same covenants we all did when you moved in. Please refrain from parking on the streets. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
The streets are owned by the county. Quit telling people to stop parking in the public streets, they are not yours to govern.
